SafeHarbour Yacht Care was created to provide dependable, local oversight for vessels moored along the beautiful Dorset coastline from Poole Harbour to Weymouth, whether they are on a swing mooring, pontoon berth or ashore for the winter months we offer dependable, local boat watching and maintenance checks to ensure complete peace of mind.
Our Guardianage packages are designed for private boat owners who want confidence that their yacht is secure, ventilated and maintained between visits.
From routine checks to full storm inspections, we will taylor our care level to your level of need. Delivering photographic reports and hands on attention that only experienced boat owners can provide.

About SafeHarbour Yacht Care
I'm Tim Raggett, lifelong marine enthusiast, sailor and founder of Safeharbour Yacht Care.
I've spent much of my life around boats and the sea, from sailing and maintenance to safety management and inspection work, my own yacht, a Bavaria 34 (pictured left) based here on the Dorset coast, has taught me the realities of keeping a vessel in tip top condition year round, especially when you can't always be there yourself.
As a qualified RYA Yachtmaster with a career in safety and emergency response spanning over two decades, I bring a meticulous, no-nonsense approach to yacht guardianage. Reliability and detail have been central to my career and they are the same standards I apply to every boat under my care.
Safeharbour Yacht Care was created to give owners who are not living locally to their pride and joy or who work away, peace of mind, through regular inspections, honest communication and a proactive approach to yacht oversight.
Whether your boat is out on a swing mooring, in a marina berth or laid up for winter in a cradle, I treat every vessel as if it were my own: with respect care and pride.
